are you guys frauding or what. see so many sigs/ people saying they are deadlifting 400+ and their bench is like 215.
here are my best lifts. all are between 160-170 body weight
bench 275
squat 315
deadlift 345
clean 230
i see guys have sigs like this
bench 205
squat 325
deadlift 455
am i doing it wrong?

Same dude........granted i've only been deadlifting for the past 8 months because of an old back injury but I still feel like I should be pulling alot more for my size.

Maybe changing your form could be a quick fix. And to your question, some people are built different and come from different backgrounds. I deadlifted 275 the first time i ever attempted it and within 8 months or so i was in the 400's. This can be partially due to my 6'5" wingspan, and years of basketball (jumping, explosive drills, etc)
