Is Pre-Jym really this good?

Usually I don't pay jack chit attention to the store reviews, but I've never seen anything like this. Usually a supp has a 10 rating until it gets about 20 reviews then it dips to a realistic rating. But Pre JYM is a 9.9 with 78 phucking reviews?? Aware me on this PWO. Haven't seen many forum reviews and those are the ones I usually go by for accuracy

the ratings are high because they gave out 100 of them as a promo as opposed to the normal giving out 10-15. Smart on their part as there'll be 100 good ratings.
