Been lifting for a couple of years and I have made very little progress due to poor eating. The food is just not there and recently Iv vomited whenever I eat. I'm 62kg, 136lb. Max bench is 77kg, 170lb. OHP is 57kg, 125lb . And row is 95kg, 205lb.
With these stats can I get swole by changing my strength routine with a low rep range and low intensity to a higher rep range.
Is there anyway I can I can get shredded lifting these weights (probably lower as I'm losing weight unintentionally)
Thinking of a split routine?

You can't really increase it on a cut but I've been lifting for 2 and a half years at the same weight And now that I have a strong base I'm bulking until 170 or 180. I want to eventually be at least 170lbs at 8% bf. I've only been counting macros for 6-7 months. The 235 was touch and go it wasn't paused because it's much harder.
Bench-235 @ 130
Squat-275
Deadlift-315? Unsure

stupid question but say for example I bench 50kg at 130lb
gained weight so now i weigh 140lb and able to bench 55kg.
cut so now i am 130lb and lose strength and now back benching 50kg
what do i gain from going through the bulking and cutting process❝If you're not making mistakes you're not taking risks and that means you're not going anywhere. The key is to make mistakes faster than the competition so you have more chances to learn and win❞

Lol @ anyone doubting his lifts, none of them are even remotely impressive (no hate to op)
Any way, the person who progresses the most will see the best gains.
If a perso goes from a 350 bench to a 400 bench, he wont see as much changes as someone who went from benching 85 to 315~Jesus Christ Is My Savior Crew~

Hey I just met you. And this is crazy. But today is chest day. So spot me maybe?
