I'm beginning to bulk for the first time ever and was wondering if anyone had any good meal examples? Calorie dense meals that aren't too expensive. I'm a college student so I'm on a pretty strict budget. I'd appreciate any examples and help anyone would be willing to give.

bulk chicken breast $2/lb
canned salmon $3/lb
bulk ground beef $3-3.50/lb
eggs $2/dozen
pasta, rice, flour, potatoes, bananas all cheap
olive oil $6/L
butter $2/lb
whole milk $3/gal
that covers all your macros then just buy a spice rack and frozen/seasonal vegetables and youre good to goalways lose track of my sets crew
always forget to add 10lb to one side crew
