Hi, I started counting my macros about 2 months ago. I was around 183 lbs. For the first month, I ate a typical IIFYM diet at around 1800 calories a day and lost a pound or two. I then went into a ketogenic diet at 1900 calories and instantly dropped down to 175 lbs (water weight). I've been doing this for a month straight and my weight hasn't budged. Is it possible my actual TDEE is 1900 calories? I'm currently 5'10" 175 lbs, ~14% BF and I workout 5-6 days a week.

It probably is your TDEE then. Everyone is different and if you have been eating the same thing and being equally active and getting the same amount of sleep, then it's accurate.
What's weird is, my TDEE is about the same. I don't know how. I even do triathlon workouts and can lift for days. I bulked up to 255 in college at 3500 calories a day. No one believed me.

Take a diet break, and try to speed up your metabolism to where it matches up with reasonable TDEE estimators for your size/activity level.
Always learning.
