Mixability: mixed up easily with just a little residue on bottom of cup.
Taste: Flavor I received was blueberry lemon ice. I would give it an 8.5 out of 10. Was one of the better flavors of the newer pres I have tried recently.
Energy and focus: I took one scoop right off the bat rather than 1/2 serving. It took about 10 min to kick in. Could feel heart rate increase. Was impressed with alertiness I received. Energy lasted right through workout and felt like I could of done more. 10 out of 10
Strength endurance: had good strength during my workout despite lower my calories by 2000 for my cut.
Thermogenic effect: Y, caff and synephrine provided a powerful effect was sweating before even hit the gym.
Was sweating for quite a while after workout.
Be careful if you are sensitive to Y. Got the chills and headache from the Y. Didn't know I was that sensitive to it.
A solid pre for those are not sensitive to Y.

I'm yohimbe sensitive the first few days I'm taking it. Body heat increasing and sweats is standard whenever taking Legend Pro, but I didn't get the sides I usually get from Y. The sides I normally experience is a sick feeling and not being able to sleep. I didn't have these problems with LP. Half a scoop as Fugi said is more than enough for some people, so that even cuts the dosage of Y in half.
Progressive overload + progressive eating = gains. Simple as that!

Being half the full dosage if taking half a scoop, I'd say they do go down or you won't get them at all. Depends how sensitive you are to Y. I can't handle high dosages unless I work up to them. I was able to handle a full scoop of LP without a problem, so half a scoop I'm sure you'd notice little to nothing.
Have you had Vortex? Did the amount of Y in vortex cause you any issues?Progressive overload + progressive eating = gains. Simple as that!
