Hi im 188lbs and 19 years old at 5'8 been cutting from 200 and prob sitting at 15%bf, here is my curent cutting log.
Meal 1: 2servings of tuna, 2servings of mayo, 1serving pickles, 1serving raw almonds
Meal 2: 6 raw eggs
Meal 3: Postworkout-1/2 serving of Up Your Mass
Meal 4: 6 raw eggs
Meal 5: 2servings of tuna, 2servings of mayo, 1serving pickles, 1serving raw almonds
2,015calories 136g Fat 30g Carbs 159g Protein
