Squats: 160kg 1 Rep ATG (140kg 8 Reps ATG)
Bench: 100kg 10 Reps

Thanks brahs. My training has always been one body part a day, Monday - Friday. Then started doing heavy compound lifts in Saturdays. And Iv lean bulked for a bit then mini cut and maintain

Squats: 160kg 1 Rep ATG (140kg 8 Reps ATG)
Bench: 100kg 10 Reps
