Exclamation Need quick options please!!! *view thread!!!*. Beast creature

Hello looking for a new creatine!

Is the new BEAST CREATURE better?!

    Or

    GNC's EPIQ STRENGTH?

The gnc guy tried selling me epiq strength and tried telling me he's "never heard of beat creature but it gives you bloating"

Sounds like to me he just wants some of that extra commission he gets from pushing GNC products.

I've read GREAT reviews of beast. I've yet to have found a bad one!

Creatine is creatine. You will hold water no matter what. However a lot of people think the water is held subcutaneously when it is actually intramuscular. This means you will still look as lean but your muscles will appear slightly fuller. The whole creatine bloat is a myth.

I can't argue for it personally since I've never used it but I got a buddy that saw great gains on it.
Like the above poster stated. I would suggest just buying some cheap mono. I've used creapure and I've used generic creatine mono and found no real difference. I'm currently using bb.com's micronized creatine cuz it's cheap and mixes well

    It's what creatine does..

Take ON Creatine Powder (99,9% creapure)
    IMO it's the best.

I dont know about the New Beast. But the old one is GREAT! So, I'm 99.99% sure the new one is just as good, if not better. With that said..It is EXPENSIVE! Not worth the price for creatine! And with that, I recommend plain ole Mono.
Heres the cheapest CreaPure based creatine! It is highly recommended by a bunch of guys here!

    Another great choice is:

IF you dont care about CreaPure, then the CHEAPEST creatine I can find is on an external site, sportsnutritiononline! it is their SNS creatine.
    Goodluck!
