    Does it matter when and how much you eat?

    I was just wondering, does it matter if you have a big meal before you go to bed if your in a calorie deficit and does it matter if you eat 3 meals as apposed to 6, p.s is wheat bad?

    I reckon on a 1500cal, 30g/fat diet, there's a lot of "Sticky Reading" time available since eating well is only a tiny fraction of your day.
