    Thumbs up End cut, reverse dieting question

    I'm ending my cut at 161 lbs in 5 days. I was wondering if I would gain any fat with this plan:

    Next 5 days: 2000 cals
    Next 2 days: 2200 cals
    Next 2 days: 2500 cals
    Next 2 days: 2700 cals
    Next ? days: 2900/3000 cals

    My maintenance at this weight is about 2500 calories and I want to strictly clean bulk. Will get up to ~3000 cals for lean gains until I gain weight and will add calories accordingly, probably bumpin up to ~3200 after a month. Will I need more time to reverse diet or is this ok? Thanks, and reps for help brahs.

    Slowly add on 100-200 calories per week depending on what your body weight does. If you up calories by 100 and lose weight then just up it by another 100. Increase your carbs before fats. Try to add in as much food as possible while not gaining weight. I've been reverse dieting for about 5 weeks and my cals have gone from 2200 to 3300 a day and I've lost weight and gotten leaner.
