I have been on a bulk for the past 3 weeks and went from 150 to 160lbs also gained some fat along the way. (Btw im 14) my bench increased from 165 to 175 so definately added muscle mass too. Question is fo I keep bulking to 170ish? Or start cutting. If I start cutting wont be able to bulk until next summer because of track and lacrosse during the school year. If I keep bulking, i have a feeling im gonna gain a lot of fat.

I'm an amateur myself and just started on here but if you've put on 10 pounds in 3 weeks you may want change your meal plan. If you're bulking make sure you're eating the right foods and not just increasing the amount you eat! If you think once you start track/lacrosse again youll cut down then carry on bulking but do some research on the types of foods you need to take in

I used to think I wanted to gain 1-2 pounds a week lol but I honestly think gaining a few pounds a month is good so you keep fat gain to a minimum. I do 5-15 minutes cardio about 5 times a week (at around a 6 minute mile) but my metabolism is incredibly incredibly fast so no matter what bulk I go on I hardly gain weight lol
