Lab Exams are way harder for me. straight up a fuk ton of memorization. mostly just you gotta figure out the answer with no help whereas my lecture exams are roughly 65 multiple choice questions. lecture is the physiology so you can understand concepts and put them together where memorization isn't needed that muchLog

Got to the gym later than I wanted. Was busy all day so I only ate twice. Got to the gym and just felt out of groove. Could barely do warm up pullups (lats sore) shoulders felt sore, and my triceps were sore AS FUK lol. Doing all those sets of overhead killed them.
So I wasn't expecting much from this workout. But I just got in and had fun. Gonna take the weekend to rest up and then start cycle 3 of candito's
Still waiting for the XL original slingshot to get re stocked. (gonna get the gangsta wraps with it as well)
Anatomy Lab exam tomorrow. gonna own the bish.
On my way home from the gym, i was passing through a stoplight intersection going 55mph (speed limit) and this car from the street on the right didn't stop at their red light and just turned into my street and lane and for a split second i said okay im gonna crash into them, im not gonna slam on my breaks, gonna get a new car (need a new one anyway) and fuk these *******s for pulling out in front of me, then at the last second i remembered i have my lab exam tomorrow so i was like no douchebag this will probably ruin your grade. so i slammed on my breaks and didnt hit them lol.
fuking idiots brah. i seriously wanted to just hit them idk why

I live in the city ranked #2 by allstate as worst city to drive in. I know them feels. 2 days ago I almost got T-Boned twice within 2 minutes of each other. Both by 2 people running stop signs lmfao. Slammed my breaks on one of them that didnt even see me or bothjer looking both directions and just ran the stop sign.
Pause bench looked 4/10 tbh. You usually pause longer. But go rape that exam tomorrow.Fates colliding. Love Undying.

Bad sessions happen to everybody, from what I read it doesn't seem very awful but hey, it makes you enjoy the good ones even more brother. On a side note, I'm surprised that your gym lets people train shirtless.
Good job on avoiding the car accident, apart from the obvious pain the neck you get from dealing with insurance companies the damage could have been worse than you'd think...you don't want to end up with injuries or hurting someone, it's not worth it.
