Monday: work up to Max + 2 sets of singles @ 90%
Tuesday: 60% 3x3
Wednesday: work up to Max + 2 sets triples @ 80%
Thursday: 60% x3x3
Friday: Max + 2x2 @ 85%
so ^ for squats
Gonna use a clean rep for my 1RM for the squat template, and then instead of using that, im going to use 90% of that so that my squats wont be so taxing
Monday: Chest
Tuesday: Arms
Wednesday: Back (medial delt, rear delt, and traps included)
Thursday: Rest (besides light squats, which will be basically keeping the movement fresh, wont be taxing at all since like 40% of my true 1rm)
Friday: Chest/arms
Saturday: Back (medial delt, rear delt, and traps included)
Sunday: rest

i think he just dropped forward after completing the rep prob cuz he was gonna pass out
then the left side missed the fukin hooks lol
so he had to recover it while almost passing out and in a terrible position to recover it hahah
then when he got back under it he had no strength to even lift it into the rack. so he just chilled with it and recuperated hahahah
that fuking face he makes when looking to the sides had me dying and the seizures

its not like im just jumping into it. this is pretty similar to how ive always lifted.
i often squat on rest days (i did yesterday lol)
usually squat atleast 3x a week (all heavy too)
the point of doing the squat template is to free up those leg days so i can use them for upper body instead, thus why i didnt do chest/arms but chest then arms the next day. that way i can devote a whole day to bringing my arms up (lagging)
im also going to be conservative with squats so that its not too taxing, taking away from my upper body workouts the same dayLog

Squat program sounds interesting. There's a lot of controversy around the "squat everyday" philosophy. Obviously this isn't everyday, but it's pretty close. Interested to see how it works for you.

yep, 7 fukin plates. imagine having 7 god damn plates on your back atg lol. then missing the rerack when youre about to faint
