Hamstrings were a bit tight/sore from those RDL on leg day so it was hard to get in the right position. So I kinda muscled the weight up today. Form wasn't that great. Plus only 5 hours of sleep didnt help.
Think im good for 10 or 11 with good sleep, good meals, and fresh legs
WTF i forgot to do biceps lmao. Gonna go dem em right now. prob do candito's 2 mobility exercises tooLog

Fuark 8 reps is cardio idk how you do that. HBB must love all the high rep thrusting.
I just learned how to retract scapula on pulling movements and not pull with low lats... Fml

yeah form was chit today. felt really stiff and tight. hammies especially. but the gym has been fuking freezing. 63 degrees. hard for me to workout in chit like that i need to be hot
lol @ 135lb pissening strength at 190lb
smh at just now retracting scapula lmao
workouts take about an hour and 15 mins +cardio if i do it
you did read 30 minutes cardio.... did about 15-20 minutes of HIIT and then some decent paced walkingLog

I think OHP is one of the most overrated exercises btw. Given hypertrophy is the goal
*edit: Not that impressed with Dan Green's lift tbh. So much hyperextension of the lumbar ouch. I would rather see him rep out 225 like butter with perfect formBeen playing with shafts and balls since '75.
