havent been to the gym for a couple days.. realized today i have tennis elbow in my right elbow... the pain is pretty unbearable its a really intense sharp pain for a few seconds and the rest of the time when that sharp pain isnt there its very dull and achy. This is my first time having tennis elbow or any elbow injuries so im going to take a week off of upper and re evaluate. it may be longer, thats just what i understood i should do. no way i could get a good workout in anyway i cant imagine the pain if i had some weights in my hand. just to fully extend my elbow is pretty darn painful

Deadlift 315lb x 1, 350lb x 1, 390lb x 1, 415lb x 1 PR, 420lb x 1 PR
hit that 420lb deadlift and 415 right before it.
Got a video of 415 not the 420 tho :/
