    1.5 year progress, advice ?

    So I have been training seriously for 1.5 year now, 4-5 times a week.

    I made some progress and got stronger but I'd like to have your opinion on what to improve for the upper body ?

    I also train legs once a week but they are not even worth showing at this point!

    I put 3 pictures of the different stages of my training, first one is after 6 months, second a year and last one is after 1.5 year.

    looking solid so far. I would hit chest a bit harder. Some pics from different angles would be also nice

    I'd say the chest would appear to be lacking the most, aswell. It's all good though. If you'd cut, you'd look really good I think. Nice job!

    it's all genetic when it come to building a chest fast, but i can say the roundness of your bottom chest has formulated not sure if that a word lol but good job
