So I have been training seriously for 1.5 year now, 4-5 times a week.
I made some progress and got stronger but I'd like to have your opinion on what to improve for the upper body ?
I also train legs once a week but they are not even worth showing at this point!
I put 3 pictures of the different stages of my training, first one is after 6 months, second a year and last one is after 1.5 year.
