Its missing the leg extension attachment, weight bands, butterfly attachment. Everything else i have. Its in good condition still, but I want to part with it for a power rack eventually.

I sold one my sister had in her basement for $50 a few months ago and it had everything with it. I see people listing them around Chicago for $150- $300, but they sit there month after month.
quite honestly I almost felt guilty getting $50 for it, since ive seen plenty on CL for free that people just wanted cleared out of their home."ive made the most impressive gains when i spent months with the heavy dumbbells and left the power rack cowering in the corner like the b**ch that it is"-anonymous

You can sell it just like you would sell anything...start high, if it sells in one-hour obviously you priced it too low.
Then if it doesnt sell in a month lower the price.
SoloFlex is not for anyone serious, your target buyer would have no clue about fitness. So they would probably just buy on budget or if you write a nice ad, etc.
65 OBO sounds good, but be prepared to not get any emails at all. You can only sell what someone would pay and its not worth much.
Maybe you can mention it lets you do pull-ups and is cheaper than a pull-up tower if only used for that?[]---[] Equipment Crew #6 []---[]

You need a good rack, a bench, and a 300-lb Olympic weight set. Now, what was your question?

I did some body weight exercises on the soloflex before I sold it. its fine for pull ups. however, for dips the space from your hands to the cross piece in front of your chest is very limited. i like to vary the angles of my dips, and this makes anything but a very upright dip impossible.
