I was 54.8 this morning. Highest in a really long time. Think I actually do need to cut. But I am not eating more than usual, so I can't see why I am gaining.

Kale is so good for you. Even better than spinach.

You are getting your super probiotic coconut kefir yogurt tomorrow - it worked. It will help with your digestion. Kefir fixed my digestive issue.

6 hours without food? Eat up properly before. 9 Bars good choice as they contain quite a bit of sugar for the brain.
Best of luck in the entire world tomorrow!!!!!!!!!!!
Thanks I will hopefully be allowed access to my locker after 3 hours so I can have a snack. I will also be taking a rest day tomorrow so hopefully I wont be so hungry. Hopefully a big high protein, high fibre lunch will keep me going for a good while, and I will have a PB coconut banana smoothie waiting for me at the other end.

Are you sure it's not water weight due to stress? Stress makes body hold water. You cannot possible be gaining if you are not eating over maintenance.

Idk. I am worried about my lymph infection in case that is related to it. It could be water but even so I should really not ever see a scale reading above 53kg...I am only 154cm, not even 5'1, and although I have a lot of muscle mass I am also not as lean as I could be.

Uh? Lymph infection? This is new?
Any stress on the body - emotional, infection/illness holds water weight. My weight can fluctuate up to 2kg. I would not worry just yet and watch the trend on the scale and only if few weeks in the row it's going up, then make some adjustments.

I got it in April after biting my mouth. Basically the salivary glands have a very mild infection and it caused a chronic infection and virus in the lymph nodes in my neck. They are big and rock solid. Luckily I had them checked by the top guy in Europe and it is definitely nothing more than an infection but can't be treated. It is quite common in young adults like me especially with stressful lifestyles. Basically means I have a swollen face and constant mild cold until it clears. I had it once before and it took 2 years.

    Shameless plug warning

I set up my 1/2 marathon fundraising page yesterday. I'm raising money for the UK's biggest (and amazing) eating disorder charity who helped save my life. I already had some very kind donations, but I want to raise as much as possible and seriously would value even £1 donations
