    His last comment a bit confusing?

    In terms of training, I’d say 3-4 days a week, but you should be in there 5-6 days a week.

    I think he's saying try to go at least 3-4 times a week but ideally you should strive for 5-6.

    I took that as you should be training with weights 3-4 times per week but in the gym 5-6 times per week (presumably you would do some cardio as well).
