Worth bumping the vid again. Looked easy for you and like you said no squatmorning. You must have been sandbagging Good programming is good.
They probably thought you were dealing the 'Mexican Creatine' at the squat rack. Beast mode!
Seriously though, your squat form could teach PTs a thing or two. Keep at it Broseph!

Bump over for anyone passing by.
Nice to just go in and put something together for a week after sticking to what is nailed on in the program. Really makes a nice change.
Never been a Chest n Bicep kind of guy. Cheers Dave.
LOL. Nope. Cameras everywhere. Desk was watching my lift. Mentioned on the way out.
Thanks Jonny. Spotter being there really clears my head. Saying that. Not thinking about the session due to having no real structure in place prior to training was a relief. (for now)
Cheers Pat.
Wanted 15. 17 was okish. 18 may of had me pinned though. no spotter. Happy after previous volume that was done. Flounder has me beat and going big guns already. Crap.
Thanks Andrew.
LULZ. If only my form was as good on deads. FFS that lift is a bastard. Can confirm though. Was chit ton heavy. Thanks Slothman.
Cheers Robert. Small milestone. But give me a big morale boost that's for sure.
Hope I look at it in 9 or so months and compare it to my close to 4pps vid. LOL. L O kin L.
Thanks Oz
Thanks Ron. Slowest into the hole I have ever gone. Any faster and I was buried.
My deload official is next week. Playtime this week. Squat progress is good. Lower body seems to not have a stop button at present. Upper body though. Different matter.
Shopping, chilli, spring cleaning. Nothing gym related until Saturday.Ride it like you just stole it.

Welcome Penny. Silence due though. Deload proper as of now.
I single you X 8-10 = Different weights. Do the math chief. Oh and while your there. Get some studying done and stop posing.
Leaving myself a final workout notch before deload. Keeping everything logged no matter what.
Deaload(ish)
Goblets
10Kilo X 10
20kilo X 10
25kilo X 5
27.5kilo X 5
30kilo X 5
30+10kilo behind X 5
30+15kilo Behond X 5
Squats BB
Bar X 10 (lower bar)
40 X 5 (lower bar)
Stopped at this point. Agony. My arms do not compute and there is nothing for the bar to fix to with low bar.
Someone post me a decent video at some point.
All I can do is rest the bar in the middle of my fingers. Chit hard.
High bar.
50kilo X 5
60kilo x 5
70kilo X 5
90kilo X 5
100kilo X 8
110kilo X 2
120kilo X 1
65kilo 3X10
Bench.
Bar
40kilo x 10
50kilo X 10
60kilo 5X10
Tbar row
10kilo X 10
20kilo 2X8
25kilo x 5
30kilo X 5
Deadlift.
50kilo X 10
60kilo x 5
80kilo X 5
100kilo 5X5 full reset.
End.
Nothing to report. Playing with form and just getting stuff on paper.. Knees ached after one of the sets on squats. Had to remind myself to focus on foot placement.
Don't hold your breath for any logging for the next 9 days. Will lurk around now and again.Ride it like you just stole it.

Great way to fill in your last session before a big deload ... 120kg squat ... You know it's eSy for you now
And plenty if volume on the bench rows deads and goblets to make sure that you got a full body workout
Enjoy the deload and the chance to reacquaint yourself with the family"Better to wear out than rust out!"
Squat 165kg/363lbs
Deadlift 190kg/418lbs

Takes a couple weeks atleast to get used to low bar. make sure you do good shoulder warm ups and upper body warm ups before you get to low bar squatting
the thing i fuked up the most when i did low bar squat was flared my elbows out like crazy. id suggest keeping them pinned in lol.Log

Ahh deload huh? Well I just proved to myself today that deloads just may mean something lol. Right there with mang, my knees were aching too among everything else from bones to hair! How come u are fuggin around with low bar? Just wondering as u have such a minty high bar.
Enjoy you family time man, I am sure Harry has grown like a weed!

Mirin tattoo on calves Leigh you rebel
130kg squats looked solid as well. I feel like you can attempt and hit 3 plates already if you tried.
100kg bench is STILL right around the corner. Soon.jpeg
As for lowbar, I spent 4 months trying to get it and eventually never did LOL. My shoulders and wrists couldn't handle it. So I switched back to high bar and stuck with it ever since and now I'm riding the gains train. If it ain't broke, don't fix it.Fates colliding. Love Undying.
I rep all 5'5 and shorter on sight.

Cheers Andrew. Close now. Finishing off the final bots n bobs to not allow her to be able to run a white glove over anything and find any dirt.
Got to prove I am able to fend for myself. I hope her reaction to my dreamerbulk is not too shocking.
Great timing. Enough time to read through my endless droll in 137 pages while I do nothing much apart from the odd full body session when I can and if I can.
Elbow flare had me wincing.
Shoulders ached like a bastard.
Wrists seemed fine IIRC.
Bar was not able to be pulled in with enough force to allow a good solid ROM.
Was all over the place due to the bar moving at one point.
Old man poverty mobility in upper body. Just need to persevere and eventually it will come together.
I aint a quitter. Gnome sayin.
Harry has teeth. He has changed 100% since I last seen him IRL apart from skype.
I will follow the deload protocol for the rest of my lifting days. It may not feel like one is needed sometimes. But there is no race going on. Just persistence and linear progression.
A week of light(er) lifting works wonders IMHO.
Also gives one a chance to catch up with new form, exercises, adjustments that we can incorporate at a later date.

As for that low bar. I know it aint broke lol. But it is nice to get variation into the workout instead of sitting with high bar all my life.
Cant wait for the 5x5 progress coming up from you. Gonna smash it mate. I can tell. Canditos has done wonders for a few of you lads running it lately.
LULZ.
Thats it folks. I lay this journal to rest.
Back in 9 or so days for cycle 10.Ride it like you just stole it.

^hence why I'm not a low bar advocate. Most folks don't have the shoulder mobility to do it correctly, not to mention it increases shearing forces on the spine due to the bar placement. I think folks should learn how to actually squat correctly with high bar before they even think about touching low bar and worrying about pushing more weight. Some folks just aren't built for it.

Checkin in Doughnut....Don't have any input on low bar squats....I'm happy with high bar...deload and the return of the family is a good time to step away
