taking an estrogen blocker

I am about to start a pro-hormone stack from AST-SS and was wondering about a few things. First has anyone out there tried their pro-hormones? And two did you take an estrogen blocker while you were on the stack, after, or not at all? Keep up the great work everbody!!!!

I cant say from personal experience but ive heard bad things about AST's PH's. What PH's are you taking exactly?


You usually don't want to take an estrogen blocker during a cycle because you want that estrogen to enhance gains. Generally you should definatly take some post cycle...but this is better answered once we know what exactly you're taking.

I will be taking a stack put together by them consisting of
19 Nor 3 Andro
19 Nor 250 and Androplex 700 I will also be suplementing with creatine and glutamine. Right now I eat about 225-250 grams of protien a day between food and protien shakes/ MRP's but plan to up that to 300 or so I wiegh about 195 pounds depending on how much I seat during the day. I am currently deployed to the desert so my weight fluctuates during the day bad. You don't think that the heat over here will affect the stack any do you?? Thanks for your reply
