If someone mentions superfood, things like matcha green tea, goji berries, acai, macadamia nuts etc spring to mind. The expensive stuff that gets its moment of fame for having 10000x the vitamin C content of an orange, or 3 million antioxidants per teaspoon. I never buy into it.
My superfoods are eggs, natural yogurt, strawberry fruit spread, pomegranates, strawberries, raspberries and peanut butter. Food in general is just superGoing for gold :)

Dark chocolate.
Coke Zero and Pepsi Max spring to mind - all that flavor and no calories. Amazing. There is no spoon.
