No, I didn't. The RT launched at $499 with 32GB of space. The iPad with 32GB costs $599. You intentionally used the highest end iPad with 128GB to try to compare it to the Surface Pro, when all evidence suggests that they are not competitors.
I never claimed that you didn't get tablet form factor with a full desktop OS on the Pro. I only told you that the SP doesn't compete with the iPad, but the Air.Terribleness is part of greatness.

wrong
apple = looks good, but overpriced
this is how it has always been. but apple****s' argument is: you pay for quality.
for most tech-orientated people who know what they're doing want performance over 'quality/aesthetics'
often, you'll find in most niches, the most devout people want function over aesthetics as well. think cars. ferrari vs... tuner? ferrari = rich kunts but cars looks sleek as fuk. tuner cars fast as fuk but not as good looking. i can bet you the tuner knows more about cars and probs cares for them more
and this

I'm not sure why it was so hard for your to admit that the Surface Pro competes more closely with the MBA than the iPad. I might be wrong here, but you seem to be interested in debating whether or not ultrabooks, convertible laptops, or products like the Surface Pro are better. I really don't know or care about that, and it probably comes down to personal preference anyways.
Terribleness is part of greatness.

Dont like any iOS devices, and probably wont unless iOS7 is a big improvement and they make an iphone with a larger screen.
What I do like are Macbooks, and IMO they are better than most any other laptop in the market. I own a 15" Retina and a 13" 2012 Air, but to be honest I would not have bought them if it was not for the price i got them at. I got the MBPr for $1,119(originally $2099), and I got the Air recently for $649, both were Bestbuy Open Box items which I then got an additional discount on by speaking with the manager.
And as much as I like them, the fact is they are overpriced, and I will only get another one if I can get a considerably discount from retail pricing. Otherwise I'll just get a regular laptop.
Edit: The biggest ripoff product from apple are their iMacs and their Mac Pros(even the new one coming out). If you want a powerful desktop for a reasonable price, build your own.

People dislike Apple due to a large amount of snotty pretentious owners, not because of the products themselves.
It's like associating everyone who drives a BMW as a *******. BMWs are awesome machines, but they get a lot of hate because of the perception of their owners.
Owning an Apple product doesn't make you special or edgy. It hasn't in 20 years. No one gives a chit m8. Cave dwelling Taliban fighters in Tora Bora have iPhones.
I own a bunch of Apple product and I don't feel the need to tell everyone about it or try to convince everyone why they are awesome.

With the exclusion of an Iphone, who uses mac products is a neckbearded *******. They use inferior technology. Cpu's, ram, HD, GPU, power supplies are all second rate. They aren't interchangable and there are unlimited compatability issues.
I run any game on highest settings at 100 fps at half the cost of a low end mac.
Pull your heads in *******s.

900 also got me a Sony Vaio w/ gold trim, aesthetic as fukc PC laptop with 16GB ram, dedicated video card, i7 chip. Amazing hardware. What would that get me in Mac world? Entry level laptop. They make nice stuff but you pay a premium.
Imagine BMW entry level cars at 32k were worse then high end Honda Accords at 26k, imagine the Accord outclassed the BMW in every possible test, you'd be stupid to still nuthug BMW.
