hey guys, i dont believe this question has been asked yet to fit my needs, i've watched and reviewed all the sciences behind the ketogenic diet, how it works and all that other stuff but the only problem i have is the fact that i need help building a diet to follow, that keeps confusing me. i'm 155 pounds and about 10% bodyfat. i want to get down to 6%. i used to be a wrestler so i have no problem with following a diet i just dont know where to begin. anything helps please post

There is no benefit what so ever to doing a ketogenic diet over a "normal" diet consisting of sufficient amounts carbs, proteins, and fats. I think this video does a good job explaining.. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B4NvjIC-AA8 Jason blaha does good stuff.
Calories in vs calories out. Yes you can lose weight on a ketogenic diet, but why would you want to go no carb? Carbs are freakin amazing.
Another question i'm wondering is why do you want to go to the single digit body fat percentages? There is absolutely no reason to be that lean unless your a competitive body builder. IMO if you truly are 10% at 155 i'd say you should bulk!Last edited by ThatGuy227; 07-29-2013 at 07:18 PM.
