Phase-8 & removing casein

I am looking to cash in on the bogo phase 8 and I was reading on it and it says you can use it day or night. I was gonna buy casein protein when I made my order but would phase 8 be ok at night or should I still get a tub of casein??

Why casein? you know taking it at night makes no difference to taking whey, only benefit I get from casein is it helps with sugar cravings and fills me up, non of that drip fed muscle bs.

The specific processed fast food, if any, that you eat is not what matters. It's total daily energy balance and micro/macronutrient sufficiency that matters.

I don't understand. Why would you worry about casein? It's just a protein contained in almost all dairy products.

I just looked at the ingredients and I'm surprised people still buy that type of junk food thinking it's something uniquely beneficial:
