I normally take bulk BA, so I've gotten off that since using this product and endurance has not gone down, the CM is nice as it adds a little extra pumps for my workout which is nice. With 12 hr workdays and hitting the gym I haven't noticed being sore at all.
Been slacking on going to your page and checking in, will do so today! This BCAA with the added BA and CM really makes it stand out from other BCAA's IMO.
Need to head over to your page as well! Things are going well, the past two weeks has been insane work wise. Had time to repaint the bathroom counters. They were originally pink and we bought this kit and transformed it to look like granite, really the only way you would know it's not granite is if you touch it, since it's not cold as granite would be.
It's a nice quick fix and eventually will get granite, just got sick of looking at pink countertops!
Yeah timing is tough but for sure we need to get a sesh in maybe the weekend or something when neither of us are too busyLogs:

At least you are doing stuff to the house. We re trying to figure out some financing options that we can do for the flooing. We are thinking about taking out some equity from the house to pay for it. If we do that I am going to do a full bathroom remodel in one of ours. I do know that we are going back to start pricing the flooring in another two weeks to see where we are at and maybe even set everything up. I have painted my garage but I have been lazy and still need to hang up my cabinets and paint them.

Thoughts:
Lower back still a little stiff, not sure the reasoning so I've been avoiding squats, rack pulls, and deads. Been doing Leg Press to get some quad action going and doing hypers every other day just to get blood flowing. Hoping my back sesh on Thurs will include Rack Pulls. As far as Core ABC goes, taste is still great and really appreciate the added BA and CM that is in here, it allows me not to take bulk BA which I normally do and I do get some added pumps with the CM. Hopefully all goes well for you, I feel you on the flooring. We have mainly carpet except for the kitchen and the hallways that lead to the garage and entry. Just looked at the pricing and think we will wait on that. Our next project will be to transform the front yard into a desert landscaping, the water bill has been horrendous this year and ready to get rid of the grass to save $ in the long run.

Been taking 2 scoops with my workouts and the past 3 days have been building up some cabinets, dressers and other stuff from Ikea, if I never go to Ikea again, it will be too soon...

Solid workout, back felt great for the first time in a long time. Going to be trying out a couple of new gyms in the next couple of days, will see how that goes. Just really looking for a hardcore type gym but nowadays seems like more and more places are becoming crossfit type gyms or more fluffed up gyms where you can't make noises. Tried a new gym today, will have the training update later tonight.
Trying to weigh the pro and cons of my current gym with this new gym. The negatives with this gym is the DB's only go to 70lbs, and they have the DB's where you can add weights so the only issue I have would be for DB Incline Press. Another negative is it's a smaller warehouse gym, so not as much machines or free weights. The positive is I would have 24hr access to the gym and the gym is not busy at all, spoke to the owner and he said the time I usually go I would have the gym to myself which is nice. Cost is a little cheaper as well.Logs:

Yeah, getting sick of ppl mirin when I'm at 24hr fitness, that isn't 24 hrs. It's a small garage type gym, Larry Scott, 2 time Mr. O is one of the founders of this gym. I like that I can come in anytime and pretty much will have the gym to myself to train at. We'll see after this 7 day trial if this gym is for me or not.

Thoughts:
2 scoops of Core ABC in 32oz of water tasted really good. Tried out a new gym and I like it so far, will have to see if this gym is the right one for me, will hit Chest and arms tomorrow at the new gym and see how it feels, they only have 70lb DB's and plate loaded ones that can go up to 100lbs so I will be doing BB Incline pressing tomorrow, instead of my usual DB Incline PressLogs:
