Intro:
Hi guys, Bama here (as in Alabama). I'm 28 years old and I've been working out on and off for a couple of years now. I grew up as a healthy kid and was always active playing sports all through school. I graduated high school at 192lbs, but after getting a desk job at the age of 21, eating whatever I wanted and zero exercise I slowly packed on the pounds over the years. I'm in a biggest loser competition at work with a goal of getting down to 215lbs by the end of the year.

Current weight (9/19/13)- 258lbs

I'm currently lifting 3 days a week and doing cardio 4- 5 days. I'll do my best to update this log daily.

Got my bottle of Velocity XT in today. Took one about 30mins before my workout... "The mental effects can be best described as a progressive elevation in mood almost euphoric in some events." idk about euphoric, but a steady progress in mood and focus while having good sustained energy is the best way I can describe it.

Yes sir... I took 1 before yesterday's workout and then 1 again this morning. I start work at 6am and it's usually 8-9 before I feel like I'm awake. Felt energized and ready to go when I sat down at my desk at 6:05

I'm planning on sticking to 1 a day until I workout again next Monday. Then I'll take 1 in the morning and 1 before my workout. I may up it to 1 in the morning and 2 before workouts if I don't have any negative side effects.

I took just one yesterday and had pretty much the same effect as Thursday.. pretty decent energy increase from how I usually feel at work.

It's my weekend with my kids so I took off yesterday and today from the gym. Stayed under 2000 calories both days so weight should be moving in the right direction.

I took two VXT today. I'll take two again tomorrow then up it to 3 Monday.

First dose in the mornings within 15mins of waking up (around 6am) and 2nd dose around 3pm.

I had a cookout with some friends and family yesterday, but kept my diet in check.

Upped my dosage to 2 this morning. Looking forward to hitting chest/tri's this afternoon!

Nice! So you dosed 2 in the AM today? Did you do a dose pre-WO yet? I actually find it works very well prior to cardio too.

Yeah, dosed 2 this AM and 1 about 30 mins before I worked out this afternoon. I lifted about an hour and still had good energy for cardio after.
