Thoughts:

Spending a week in Orange County and trying out this 24 HR Fitness near my parents house and gym was nice and big! 2 rooms of cardio bunnies, and 2 rooms of hammer strength machines., 1 room of power racks and 1 room of free weights, it was nice, but very crowded, going back tonight probably around 11PM to hit up some chest and arms. Had my trusty Core ABC with me and the gym setting and my ABC pumps were great and the 90 minute workout felt like it took 30 min!

Back from So Cal, and been at work to make up for my vacation. Finally hit the gym early this AM, and will be back after I get off work to update my training, I have maybe a week left of Core ABC

Been traveling due to work, just got back and will have my review up soon. Might have a pinched nerve, or slipped disc in my back going to get that looked at tomorrow.
