im thinking of switching back to olympic lifting again it just seems like a good idea to back off from powerlifting for a while
this is my old routine i used to follow anyone care to fix it?
Monday
full snatch 3x2
power clean 3x1
Full back squat 3x3
deadlift 3x5
tuesday
snatch 10x1
clean 10x1
wednesday
clean 3x1
power snatch 3x2
full front squat 3x3
deadlift 3x5
thursday
snatch 10x1
clean 10x1
friday
overhead press 3x3
high pulls 3x2
rows 3x5
deadlift 3x3
saturday
snatch 10x1
clean 10x1
Please help i dont have a coach anymore >.<
