If you want a mass gainer, go MHP up your mass. Great carb sources and fast, medium, and slow digesting proteins. By the way, taking serious mass at 12 30 at night will just get stored as fat..250 carbs then you sleep. No advertising in sig line

While your food suggestions are good, just because you take something at night doesn't mean it gets stored as fat. I suggest you and OP both read this...

It wouldn't? Reading the label I don't see good carb sources, not being biased to up your mass but the carbs in that are good. And OP, you don't need a mass gainer before bed, if you really really need the extra calories get some whole milk or find a slow digesting protein like casein for a low price..which is hard, casein is expensive

If you have the cash for all of that powder then go for it. However you can make a lot healthier and higher quality weight gainer shakes for a fraction of the cost of what your spending to buy all of that powder. Not to mention that I would eat food, not just drink protein shakes. You will not sustain that for long until you go crazy lol.
What are your goals? If they are to get bigger you need to determine how many calories it takes to maintain your weight currently and then add 300-500 or so calories to that number and shoot to gain .5- 1 pound or so a week as then you will be limiting fat gain as you increase muscle tissue.Six Star Pro Nutrition Lead Rep

Go for variety. Some good protein sources would be chicken, beef, lamb and fish. Some calorie-rich foods would be bread, oats, pasta, and sweet potatoes. Include an oily fish such as salmon in your diet.
To bulk you need to consume excess calories, and meet your daily protein needs. So, adjust your diet so that it fits to your goal.
NOW ADAM, Gaspari Nutrition, Anavite and Source Naturals Life Force Multiple are good and affordable multivitamins and minerals supplement options.
