16's moderate body fat to be honest
3 sets hammer curls of 20kgs (44 lbs) dumbells for 8-10 reps
3 sets of spider curls with the 32.5 - 35kg (71.5 - 77 lbs) ezbar for 10 reps
2 sets of preacher curls with anywhere from 30-35 kilo (66 - 77 lbs) ez bar, depending on how good i feel

Slow and controlled, never go above 70lb.
Arms pinned to side full contraction and full stretch at the end. Not sure how you guys put up 100lb+ for reps. I could do it maybe a couple times but 7-8x no way. Also smallest arms in thread so maybe thats why.[]_[] University of Miami Crew []_[]
