my ai sports nutrition glycobol log!

Long time coming! Bought a bottle of ai nutritions glycobol and am running a log on it. Il be updating as often as I can with results and how I feel the product has benefited and affected me. I had the product delivered about a week or so ago but have been real busy and havent got around to testing it out until a few days ago! Stats. 5ft 8 157lbs around 11-12% bf. Currently bulking on around 3500 cals. Work part time in the steel industry. Calories on work days go up to Bout 5-5.5k. Ive been dosing 2 tabs in the am before a big 1000 calorie high carb breakfast and another 2 in the pm before another huge high carb dinner. My diet is mostly whole foods but certainly not affraid to indulge every now and then! The first day of glycobol I didnt really seen anything, but again this was the first day. Day 2 I immediately noticed the vascularity, huge veings appearing in chest and shoulders, increased pump in the gym and a noticable physical benefit, dont know if it was phycological but damn it helped, even on day 2! Day 3 was a rest day, still saw the vascularity and increased muscle fullness, arms filling t shirts very well. Day 4 was leg day, completed leg workout and noticed huge veins in legs which ive never seen before, even my arms were veiny and vascular from holding the bar or the leg extension! I can feel a slight increase in strength, I do eat alot but id like to say id put this down to the glycobol. Not saying its a miracle product but its doing a very good job so far! Very impressed ai! Il be updating every couple of days or so from now on hopefully. For those wondering im following a 3 day split. Legs, chest and shoulders, back and arms, light ab work most days aswell. Been bulking since march and up from 139 to 157! Lets see how glycobol helps me on my journey!

Checking in again guys. Today was chest and shoulders, some light ab work thrown in as I do most days, I dont have a specific day for abs, just hit them light with weighted sit ups, weighted leg raises and cable crunches whenever I see fit. Anyway, total dYs cals around 3600. Dosed my first 2 tabs with 300g blended oats, 400ml full fat milk and a scoop of velocity mass gainer 1000 odd cals 100plus carbs around 55g protein. Went to the gym and hit it hard for an hour. Again, very impressed with the pumps ive been getting and the way my bodys looking and reacting, lifts still the same but as I noted Im feeling asif I can go for more reps, going to nudge the weight up next chest day! Noticed my stomach appearing fuller. Its hard to explain, like a bloat but in the best way possible, a muscle bloat if that makes sense?! Haha. Definately msde me feel good as im loosing my abs whilst bulking.... for the greater good! Had my final 2 tabs about 20 mins before dinner. 250g seasoned chicken breast. 200g basmati rice, chipotle sauce and 200g broccili. About 800 cals carbs somewhere in the 80 region. Still impressed guys, really hoping to make some decent gains, been stuck at around 156-157 past 2 weeks. Hopeing with glycobol I can break that plateau!

Checking in early this morning peps, weigh in day today. I had recently plateaued for a couple of weeks with my weight being stuck at 157lbs. Can happily say that ive broke through and am now 158.2 im putting this down to hard work, lots of food and I believe glycobol played a huge part! Arm and back day yesterday. First proper arm day since I started glycobol and the pump was insane! Definately turning out to be a great sup imo. Calories for yesterday were 3700. Roughly around 450 chos. Feeling stronger, maybe even looking abit leaner even with increasing weight! I think this is down to thw gda making muscles appear much fuller. Its great! Loving it so far ai.. reat day today so will be checking back in over the weekend!

Checking back in guys. Great workout today. Hit legs hard and am really starting to see some good progress as to the point where people are noticing! Amazing vascularity in legs, calves and qauds have veins popping like never before! Really starting to see the benefits now, believe im getting a tad leaner while still putting on mass? Would you guys say this is possible? Working great so far on this bulk, I imagine this to be an absolute necessity on a cut!

Back again guys, went and hit chest and shoulders today and hit a pb for db bench presses! Didnt attempt bb bench presses as workout buddy missed the session today and I dont like going too heavy without a spotter. Got 35kg each hand for 6 reps, amazing progress for me seen as when I started lifting 4 months ago lifting half this weight was a struggle! Embarrassing I know! Glycobol still in full effect. First 2 caps was with 2 seeded bacon bagels mmmm! And 2nd 2 tabs was with sweet potato fries, broccili spinach and sirloin steak. Cals at the end of the day 3600. My arms feel noticably bigger, the muscle fullness and amazing pump is unreal, my strength is increasing each day. Hoping by the end of my bottle I can add more strength and 3 more lbs! Thats my goal!
    April 13 - 135lbs 13 percent bf
    Dec 16 - 188lbs 13 percent bf

Train hard eat well and never lose sight of your dreams.

Cheers man! Also finding myself to feel more energetic, recovery times have certainly got better. Still feel sore after my workouts but usually not for a noticable ammount of time. The benefits of this supp are all positive.

Hey. Checking in again guys, another weigh in, scale moved up 1lb exactly. Been sticking to 3600k per day and its working, extremely happy with results! Glycobol working as well as ever. Vascularity through the roof, feel my self having bags of energy from my higher carb intake snd the nutrient partitioner! Lifts not gone up anymore since last time, have noticed my db curl increase but I wouldn't class that as a core lift haha! About half way through my stash now, not looking forward to it running out! Muscles still feeling full constantly, noticable increase in stomach muscles, abs are fading as im putting on weight but they are feeling strong and full! Great stuff guys. Will definately be looking into more ai products in the near future!

Health supplements are very useful. it is provided by so many companies. While choosing any supplement please make sure that the brand is good and people are satisfy with results. And more importantly that should not harm your body in any séance. The side effects should not be there, so that is why I think you should read first user's testimonials.

I agree. I thoroughly research any sup I take and wouldnt take it if there were sides which I wasnt expecting or didnt want, I can honestly say ive had no side effects from glycobol whatsoever, apart from positive ones!

Thanks for the kind words man. Id highly reccommend it for a cut. I am getting bigger while staying relatively lean, I think it would yield amazing results on a cut in terms of recovery while in a deficit and appearing fuller while dropping bodyfat.

Boom, hit it hard today guys, I went for a pb on bench today at 220lbs, didnt quite make it but it was a big jump for me, current pb 200x5 and I went 200x8 today so im happy overall, il get there soon! Decided to switch up my workout programme, various reasons, main reason being I prefer dbs, to bbs, starting german volume training for beginners, had my first day onit today and left the gym more sore than ever! 4 excersises per session and wow im aching! Ive read its very effective for adding mass and thats my overall goal at the moment. Where the reps were higher I noticed an pump that was unbelieveable, doing 10x10 db presses with 25kg has murdered my chest and tris haha! Was aching when I left, recovery has been good, feel fresh and ready to hammer leg day tommorow. Higher cal intake today, around 4k, finished off a tub of ice cream, couldn't resist!
