looks good dinoiii...only thing i would say is that those without a strong science background will not take much from it.

My concern too Ingenium, which is why I also highlighted certain things in blue.

I actually told Shawn that I was concerned about the non-science types and I was merely hoping it stimulates conversation more than anything else. I am now putting together the Part II as is suggested plus a second Q&A, which will hopefully continue to aid the situation.

I am optimisitc that many can skip over all the receptor talk and such and get some answers through reading just the "effects" portion as well. I tried to use existing data to tie in which actual mechanism is associated with each of the effects seen. So, hopefully it isn't too overwhelming.

My ego? Yeah it is rather fragile - nothing more significant than anyone that possesses a Y chromosome (read: male) also shares. I think a melding of the two slide shows is in order, we can offer brief intermissions of pictures of kids on slides. And say that it is the neurotransmitter abilities of the agmatine synapse that allows for such young kids to coordinate appropraitely in such a manner. Because it can be synthesized and stored in the astrocytes, this would imply that it would most likely be able to cross freely over the blood-brain barrier...no?

There is research to suggest agmatine can in fact cross the blood brain barrier, however, I am not certain that endogenous synthesis in astrocytes has bearing though when administered exogenously (such as Agmatine sulfate).

Nice explanation of the many mechanisms of action, not toomany companies go to that trouble and I think it's great that you did

However, I agree with what others said in that it might be a bit over the head of some. Maybe a synopsis at the end in laymen's terms summerizing what you highlighted in blue.

yeah, I was actually hoping I could get all Holy Grail dubbed supps as one of the proposed stacks to suggest you could essentially walk on water, part the red seas, and such, but Joey and Shawn said I was likely pushing the envelope, so I had to withdraw those slides.

At some point down the line, I was hoping I could release these "lost slides series" for a small price. I am kidding to anyone reading and taking any part of this post as serious - please hold off on the PMs, or alternatively, hate mail and such.

Just got my wisdom teeth out and been on heavy anti-biotics due to the extent of living tissue removal they had to do (hook shaped roots in upper jaw :/ ) Looking forward to part II but no pressure.

Looking forward to using this to get some strength back/use for a recomp. Age for this is 18 not 21 right?

Any younger means you can look, but can't touch. I believe its a law in many states...not just a recommendation. Good call nonetheless though.
