Wow, such a small thing on the setup can really throw you off. Awesome you got that figured out. That sounds like me pushing the bar up my back when struggling out the hole on lowbar. It wasn't until I realize I had my wrists cranked way back and when I was struggling I was forcing the bar up my back while straightening out my wrists causing the bar to come up and me to come forward. This was when I changed my form. The BBB vid looked really good and happy you got it figured out
