    I'm completely on board with your theory of great deadlifting sessions once every couple of weeks now. I've been noticing this for quite some time. Stupid lift

    Wow, such a small thing on the setup can really throw you off. Awesome you got that figured out. That sounds like me pushing the bar up my back when struggling out the hole on lowbar. It wasn't until I realize I had my wrists cranked way back and when I was struggling I was forcing the bar up my back while straightening out my wrists causing the bar to come up and me to come forward. This was when I changed my form. The BBB vid looked really good and happy you got it figured out

    Not a silly question at all. See post below. My hands were equally spaced, but my neck wasn't in the middle of the bar because one hand was closer to my neck than the other, which meant the bar was off centre.

    Lmao so the bar is uneven in knurling. That's a unique way to get single leg work . I didn't notice that in the vid but can see it clearly after having it pointed out. That should help things out considerably.

    No the knurling is even, and my hands are in the right place. But I bring my right hand closer to my neck than my left (or vice versa - I forget)
