The desire burns so deep while the act of making a commitment picks at the mind.
You know what you long for, you know what you want, achieving that status i directly in front of you.
Though asking yourself if it is worthwhile, attempting to meet deadlines, forcing yourself to prepare within a period of time, and then what?
I'll tell you what, you don't stop, you continue to work out until you reach a point in time where enough is enough - clearly that time is far, far off into the future.
Plain and simple, is what it is, plain and simple. Stop making this motivational boost such a complex dynamic.
GET YOUR ASS IN THE BASEMENT/GYM, AND BEGIN TO TEAR YOUR MUSCLE.
Lets get the physical part out of the way, YOU WILL BE TEARING YOUR MUSCLES..... TEARING AND REBUILDING YOUR MUSCLES
RE-TRAIN YOURSELF IN ENDURING THE PAIN - THE NEXT MORNING WILL BE HELL BUT NEVER WORSE THEN THE WORSE THING YOU'VE EXPERIENCED
That's what gives us humans such incredible capacity for enduring pain, and offering us our own reasons as to why we do this
Otherwise you stand to the side, you watch as the players play..... It's a simple step, you're either in, or you're out and the results will show.
Mental side - what are the reasons as to why i am doing this -> list all of the reasons as to how you will benefit from working out for a long ass, period of time..
alleviating mental stress, undergoing a healthy transformation, acquiring looks from men / woman, feeling better about yourself, feeling healthier, receiving compliments and all around easier or friendlier communication with others.
When i say long ass, I mean just that, there will be no preparation because, you will have surpassed preparation.
During the time that you are well into your routine, several months or years from now.
You might ask yourself why you still do this, if you do ask yourself this question, then you have already answered it. I feel that you will end when you want to end, and you will begin when you want to begin.
