Hydroxycut hardcore elite question

so ive been doing a cutting phase for the past couple weeks and a week ago i added hydroxycut hardcore elite to my supplements. Lately after working out ive been feeling pretty sick to my stomach, almost to the point where i feel like throwing up but dont. I didnt have this problem before starting hydroxycut. I currently take 2 pills will my lunch and thats it, im not even taking the recommended amount. Just wondering if anyone else has had this problem, possibly im not getting enough water with this supplement? any input would be helpful. im currently 5'6, 123lbs and 18.3bf

Try taking 1 pill, you might be taking too high of a dose for yourself. I'd take it before your lunch.

At 123 pounds, you clearly aren't that large of a build. Your body may not be ready for that much stim. As stated above, simply try a smaller dosing and see how that treats you.

I weigh around 230 and 2 caps is still strong for me. At 123, I would take 1 cap, twice a day and profit from the bottle lasting two months.

alright thanks for the suggestions, ill move back down to one pill a day before lunch and see how that treats me!
