Hi all, I'm 23 years old, 5'8 and 150 pounds. I'm guessing I have 20% BF, but I have never really measured it.
I just started working out again after sitting on my ass for the last two years of uni and gained quite a bit of bf. To the point where I was skinny and fat.
The thing is I can't lift that much weight yet and I feel pretty small but at the same time my stomach is really sticking out now.
Since starting to workout again the last month or so, I have been eating pretty clean around 3k calories/day and gained about 8 pounds.
Based on the pictures, do you guys think I should cut first or keep bulking? My goal initially was to get to 180ish and then start cutting to end up at 170.
Advice is appreciated, thanks.

You need to bulk and cut. I doubt it matters too much which you start with.
If it were me, I'd say bulk first. I think if you cut very much you'll just start feeling small / scrawny / weak. I'd rather get a bit more strength and muscle mass first.
Bulk till Feb/Mar 2014, then cut from then till June and you'll look and feel good for next summer.
