Have you guys ever consistently ate that much? Especially that many carbs. I have and I love food and have a disposal of a stomach, but it does cause a lot of extra stress on your body to digest all that food.

Yep most people would love to eat that much for a day or even a weekend . But having to do it every day just to maintain weight blows

    Macros are
    180 p
    900 c
    150 f

Things I'm already doing: putting sugar/ice cream in my protein shakes
    Eating lots of ice cream
    Lots of cookies
Taking shots of olive oil whenever I'm bored srs

I remember reading in Arnold's encyclopaedia that he recommended people struggling to gain weight should make shakes with 12oz milk, 12oz cream, 6 eggs, & protein powder.

I laughed & thought "who the hell would ever need to do that?" Now I know.

As far as the doctor I go twice a year and always get bloodwork done. Doctor has never told me about any thyroid problems

I would seriously advise you to have a blood test done for thyroid function. Sounds like hyperthyroidism to me.

I wish I was completely healthy and could maintain on 5700 calories. I'd crush it in the kitchen....

Can you please post what a normal day is like for you? Maybe a screenshot of MFP or something?

I maintain on like 2800, I'd like to see how you get in double that.

LOL I was not suggesting that he eats 6000 calories of blueberries. My point is if he was eating real food maybe he wouldn't need 6000 calories in the first place. Having to sit 7x per day with all the ice cream and oreo cookies you eat you must **** blizzards.

OP show us what you eat in a day. From a to z. Cause all I got so far is cookies and Ice cream.

I'd love that problem. I'd be eating California Burritos with Chochlate milk all day.

Explain to me how eating "real food" would cause me not to have to eat as many calories ?

Increase your fat consumption, i.e 1 gram of fat= 9 calories, more calorie dense.

Peanut Butter, Olive Oils, Coconut Oil, Mayo, Whole Milk, Bacon, Chicken Legs / Thighs, Ribeyes,
