160lbs MAINTAINING on 5700 cals. FML

Can anyone give me some advice on how to get more calories in without eating 24/7.
I know hard gainer threads must get annoying but burning through 5700 calories a day while having the apatite of a 160lb guy, it becomes really tough to sustain.

    Macros are
    180 p
    900 c
    150 f

Things I'm already doing: putting sugar/ice cream in my protein shakes
    Eating lots of ice cream
    Lots of cookies
Taking shots of olive oil whenever I'm bored srs

    Lol. Serious?

    Start eating 6,000+ cals then.

Make ice cream shakes. Easy 1000 cals in just a few gulps.

You sure you're eating that much or are you just eyeballing it? And what the hell do you do to burn through that many calories, since losing even 300kc / hour is pretty hard.

I would love to have your problem. 900 carbs? I would have food orgasms all day long. But like PBateman2 said, get familiar with 1000cal ice cream shakes.

Peanut butter is pretty calorie dense. And its phuking amazing. Munch on some whole grain/wheat pretzel sticks with peanut butter at work.

You may have something going on physiologically - elevated TSH. May want to get it checked out by a doc. Just to be on the safe side.

I'm amazed by such high needs! Homemade gainer shakes sound like the way to go as drinking the calories seems easier.

very frugal, albeit shameful option: little caesar's throws away all of the unsold hot n readys at the end of the night when they close down cuz they're technically "expired". If you go in there and sweet talk them, you may be able to convince the employees to give you the leftovers. 1 pizza is 2k cals.

Or if they won't give them to you, wait out back for them to put them in the dumpster. Late night poverty food

I have this problem aswell. Im extremely active though so thats why I burn alot! Make shakes. 400ml whole milk. 300g oats. 40g pb. Scoop of mass gain protein shake ( purely for calorific values ) tablespoon olive oil. About 1300 calories there and can be drunk in like 30 seconds. ( my breakfast most days ) if ylur looking for cals 2 of these a day will be perfect. Could eat ahain about an hour or so after. Not particualary filling at all but full of energy.

That's crazy, I thought my 4500 bulking cals were high.

I can imagine 5700 being fun for a few weeks, then I'd run out of money.

I guess just have a weekly peanut butter budget of like £20 (or $)

Drink heavy cream...2 cups is 1642 calories...and its ****ing delicious...some grociery stores have it in half gallon size...its a very economical way to get calories without getting to much sugar.....But yeah you can add sugars to it..

In highschool I was maintaining at 10,000 calories a day...it was hilarious, the amounts of food I ate.

Ps. And you bulking at 4500 IS high ! Just because someone else bulks on more doesn't make yours any less respectable dude !

    Go get your thyroids checked.

Also, you say you are lifting 4x/week and not particularly active, but to have that high of TDEE, it can't just be metabolism(sans medical condition). Do you do cardio? Do you walk a lot? You need to learn the art of sitting still.

Hugh Jackman just did a 6,000-6,250 calorie dirty bulk for the new Wolverine movie. The Rock gave him nutrition tips. But in a radio interview, Jackman said he ate lots of cheeseburgers, pizza, pub food, dessert, and drank loads of beer.

If you're getting loads of calories and still maintaining, then you probably need to focus more on lifting hard and heavy and quit so much of the Cardio/HIIT/Swimming or whatever is helping to burn so much of those calories.
