Starting weight 75kg/165 pounds, now I'm at 83kg/182 pounds... At 10% BF, can't tell for sure.
My diet contains 6 meals throughout the day.
#1 meal: two glasses of water on empty stomach, 150-200g of oats with skimmed milk, and I add some cinnamon to the mix (for the taste), usually I eat this almost immediately I wake up.
#2 meal: 5 boiled eggs (2 whole eggs and 3 egg whites), some salad (tomatoes, pickles, whatever is in the fridge and is green), 2-3 boiled sweet potatoes, and I eat this approximately 2 hours since meal #1.
#3 meal: chicken/turkey breast, brown rice with peas, green salad... this I eat about an hour before my workout.
#4 meal: -||- same as meal #3... I eat it after my workout.
#5 meal: fruits, any kind of fruits; bananas, peanuts, nuts etc... this is just so I don't starve till dinner time.
#6 meal: cottage cheese, 2 whole boiled eggs, some salad again, tuna... Dinner, that I eat few hours before hitting the bed.
This is basically what I eat in general... But normally that sometimes I add some red meat to the mix, various fish etc... And Sunday is my cheat day... So pizza, barbecue, chocolate etc...
