I take a scoop of c4 in 4-6 oz water like 20 min before workout. And i get this weird feeling like my skin gets all weird and tingles all over the body. And this feeling would stop after few min. It feels like an allergic reaction. Or is it just how c4 feels like this?

Thats the feeling that tells you its time to get to work!!!! I take C4 also, get the same effect. You'll grow to like it. Plus its alot better than the jitters or dizzy head some other products give you.

Yea dude that just means it's working. Try cutting back on the dosage though, since this sounds like it's your first time taking pre-workout. You can take like 1/2-3/4 of a scoop to start and you'll still get a good pump but without the itch.

Indeed its a quality pre-workout product, but please be aware or know what you are utilizing in your body before you use it, it may help to understand ingredients and what they can do (side effect wise) to prevent you from freaking out!
