    Exercises you don't like/don't enjoy doing

    DB Flies---Cable flyes are 100x better. Even machine flyes are better. Don't really feel much with this exercise.

    Skullcrushers---Meh, can never seem to progress on these, plus I always feel like my form on these sucks. Dips or Pushdowns instead for me

    Barbell Rows---Would rather do T-Bar or Cable Rows

    And even though the misc is in love with it, Standing Military. Feels like I can target my shoulders better with DB Shoulder Presses.

    Pushups. Just don't like them, find them boring and bleh. Continue to do them though.

    Squats, they were great when i was a teenager but now i cannot be fuarked. But not as much as i hate tricep exercises.

    All i can be fuarked doing these days is dips, push ups, pull ups, shoulder press, abs, lunges, heavy kettlebell swings, yoga and punching the heavy bag. Would deadlift and leg press if i had the facilities.

    the first two I agree are 2 exercises that are hard to get a good isolated contraction with, i ****in' love BB Rows though.

    tip: flare your lats when you pull, you'll feel a much stronger contraction in them
