You are lucky. But seriously, if I try to act like I have some disease people will think I am trying to get their sympathy and it can make things worse. I am from Pakistan.

As tough as it is, focus on anything you have in your life that is positive. Whatever that may be. Have a goal, or join something to make your life more meaningful. Try your best not to focus and fixate on the negative, it's infectious.

I've been schizophrenic for over a year. My case got so bad that I'm now on SSDisability. Life could be far worse, but then again I've lost everything - all my good looks, my muscle, and especially my mind.

I used to be a beautiful person on the inside. Now all I do is diet & sleep. I've tried my hardest to exercise but I'm left feeling lethargic 95% of the day. My life was amazing - had a job, an apartment of my own, and a decent social life. Now I'm a cold cased nobody. Foreveralone. FML.

Bro I can relate to you sort of.

I have anxiety and depression problems but for me the weed completely gets rid of them if I smoke everyday.

The key is to find the right kind of weed and to smoke it before you go to sleep. You'll wake up high and your stress will be greatly reduced.

I took up many things to fix my depression and mastered them. From bodybuilding to sports, from studies to watching movies, from enjoying music to drinking alcohol, from partying to playing games. But now I can't seem to find that one thing that will fix my problems for the rest of my life.

I have been also accused of being a schizophrenic and I take medicine for it on daily basis. I have also lost my good looks, muscles and am slowly losing interest in life and my mind basically. I also used to think I am a nice person, but slowly and slowly I am changing into a serious loner. I never had a decent job to being with, I still live with parents and now I just avoid people and have no friends at the moment.

remember your life is what you make it. If it's so bad you know you could pack your bags and move and start over, a place where western norms are not applicable. At times i do think what it would be like to move to a second world country and just live away from modern civilization.
