Even though there's a week to go I went ahead and finally took a progress photo and put it on my BodySpace. Figured might as well get it done as there most likely won't be any difference in just 1 week.
Obviously still have a ways to go but being able to look at the side by side pictures helps me see what I've done so far much better than just the numbers on my scale.
In on the next Nitro thread already, looking forward to more**Misc Firearms Crew**

Am i the only one whos spreadsheet is a right mess? 1st page is a week behind, by name is also behind and by height and weight is 3 or 4 weeks behind with half of the heights missing and totals lost are the same as bodyweight for 80% of the people :/ I could take care of the spreadsheet next comp. so we get full updates every week =)

Think I'll be weighing in very heavy this week as I've relaxed it due to a week off and this leg injury being a pain but come next week it's back to cutting. I've achieved what I wanted by hitting sub 182 so as long as I stay +/- 1lb of it, I'm happy
Current 1RMs:
Pendlay Row: 60x5 (not tried tbh! I'd imagine 70)
Bench: 110kg (two dodgy shoulders)
Squat: 160kg
Deads: 200kg

^glad you hit your goal, Obsc*ne. :P
i'm side-stepping the spreadsheet questions. i don't know if Nitro will answer, but i do know that not everyone submitted height data.
i saw this on someone's fitboard.
don't feel like giving a weight update, but i got in a decent full body workout yesterday, and an abbreviated cardio session today.start where you are

good morning, everyone. just a few days left in this one.
Nitro, i saw that you had updated the spreadsheet through October 24th so i went ahead and sorted the full list by the week individuals dropped out and fixed the formulas. people are then listed by percentage of initial weight lost and anyone who lost greater than or equal to ten pounds and/or greater than or equal to ten percent of their starting weights is highlighted in blue.Last edited by caprica6; 10-29-2013 at 05:14 AM.

Weighed in at an even 200.00 this morning for an exact loss of 20 lbs over the last 3 months.
Really wanted to break outta the 200 lb club before this thread ended, but oh well
Thanks Nitro for these threads, and thanks to all for the support and motivation! So glad I found BB.com and this thread. It's been a huge help!

Thanks Capri!!! Still need to work on leaning out but I didn't want to spend too much time under 150 lbs this summer. I'll probably continue to bulk for another 5 lbs or so and start cutting from there. I'm really enjoying the extra calories and the increased lifts though!

Thanks! The goal was actually to lose weight... and I did for a little bit. I cut to 147 then just started to have too much fun over the summer. So I decided to roll with the extra calories and kept training hard. I'm hoping I can pack on some more muscle this winter so I don't have to cut to such a low weight next summer... looking forward to being more active in the next thread.
