Killed legs today, also did some biceps, abs, and cardio after.
Downside is I ate the rest of the brownies I made, cookies, all the rest of the ice cream in the house, same with the toaster strudels, 5/8 of a pizza, and some milk.
So I hit over 5000 again today. That's 2 days in a row.
Good news is there's no more food like that in the house
Let's see what my weight does this week.

Anyone having any issues getting food down? While away for work I got sick, and I haven't had any desire to eat at all since. Pretty much forcing it down at this point. Either way, pretty sure im up a few LBS from the start of this thread, but i dont have a way to confirm it. Still a few weeks left to put in some good work though. Good luck to everyone.

Oh, a small update i forgot to mention. We have a PT test coming up at the beginning of OCT, so a few buddies and I will be working some crossfit into our powerlifting routines. Not really the biggest fan of crossfit, but it will probably be good for us lumbering oafs to step out of our comfort zones a little, and drop a few extra pounds in the process. Endurance has been lacking a bit lately.

Breakfast was peanut butter toast, a banana, and a glass of skim milk. Then hit the climbing gym for about four hours, and sipped on a protein shake the whole time (two scoops). And oh, a RedBull somewhere while climbing. Lunch was a large pizza with cheese, roasted garlic, spinach, tomatoes, and olives. And oh, a beer. Went for a run in the evening, came home, and found that I was still starving. So dinner was three scoops of protein with oats, a banana, and some skim milk. And some popcorn. And it's midnight and I am starving and craving more food.

Man I have been terrible for the first 5 weeks. I knew August would be tough with a few big social things on. I allowed myself two boozy wekeends away but they killed my momentum and I have slipped back into bad eating habits. Last two weeks I have stopped lifting too due to shoulder/neck soreness.
It's amazing seeing some weight pile back on. Nothing drastic but it just reinforces that calorie counting and lifting really determine whether I succeed or fail at this.
Back into it tomorrow in a big way. I'm taking the next 6 weeks off drinking, getting strict on calories again and back in the gym from Monday night!

After the Thursday/Friday refeed/binge, I netted ~1700 the entire weekend. So a little bit of damage control going on.
This helped:
If I'm able to keep up the losses, ill probably continue this cut for another 4-6 weeks then up calories to 3000 to maintain.
At the beginning of this cut, my maintenance was somewhere around 3600-4100, so the initial 3000 level will be interesting to see how I react.
Macros will be (p/f/c): 200/80/375

Been horrible this weekend. Ate two large pizzas both days in a row, entirely by myself. And that's not including my beers, coffee, protein shakes, and assorted snacks.
But I also had a phenomenal time climbing -- spent ~4 hours climbing both yesterday and today, and felt great. I'm pushing my climbing limit -- led 5.10a+ consistently and climbed a 5.11b and a 5.11c twice in a row on both days, and almost climbed a grade higher at 5.12a.
Now, back to my protein shakes and salad diet come tomorrow.

Yea stretching and diet was fine it was more an issue of my technique on a few exercises that did a bit of damage as I was starting to go heavier. Particularly dumbbell press too high up, activating my shoulders and neck too much to get the reps done. I was able to pick up on it before doing much damage so should be OK once I fix my form
