First and last dog died in my arms while speeding to the vet at age 11, all sorts of feels were had that day. My dad started bawling like "Fuk fred why...fuk" and i was holding him in the passenger seat. It was pouring rain, we carried his lifeless body in the vet and they started shocking his dead body I was just staring at it crying my fukin eyes out. Will never forget that...

might be going through this very soon. i have a 15 year old miniature daschund i've had since i was in 1st or 2nd grade.. im 22 now. spent nearly every waking minute out of school in elementary and middle school with him. best friend since i was an only child
in the last year or two, hes been very sluggish in terms of going up the stairs and playing, not active as he was several years ago. so many feels will be felt when he passes.. but its the passage of life.sacramento kings | san jose sharks | baltimore ravens

it really bothers me that i did #4 once to my dog as a way of punishment. fuq even with her passing away almost a year ago, that guilty feeling still bothers me.
damn i used to complain having to take her for a walk at night - i feel like sh!t because im sure knew that i wanted to go out with my friends instead of having to take her for a walk
sometimes i wonder why i even have friends.GA

Same deal with my dog OP. 15 year old yellow lab, hasn't been able to sit on his butt or go up or down stairs for 4 years now. Poops in the house, is always panting, minimal hearing. It sucks bro it feels like it will be any day he will just drop dead At least he still enjoys food and belly rubs ;(

so much this, just had to put my dog down 2 months ago... had her since i was like 13. the days after are the worst, impossible not to notice something is missing when you walk in your house and your dog isn't there amped up to see you. had me chopping some serious onions.

It's gonna suck real bad. I think about when this day will come everyday. My dog is 8 and is getting stiff back legs so i give him fish oil and mussel lip pills but most of the time he is ok, but i am going to get him on something stronger like roids or some chit if it gets worse. I have to watch his diet, some ******* fed him peanut butter a few weeks ago and it made me mad.
I hope you gave him a good life op.

I lost two within a year and a half... The first one was hard, cried alot at the office. I wasn't that close with her. The other one was my mate, slept with me everynight for years at my feet. Was super hard to let him go, I was sick for a week (SRS).
