    Over my last holiday on the beach I saw a +65 lady doing walking lunges along the whole beach ( probably more than 1 mile) and back again. Ok I was perving and admiring at the same time. But she had a body and butt to die for. Found out she is pretty famous for her training and does this every day.
    Since then I have added walking lunges to my leg workouts and my butt is rock hard not to mention my lower back and knee pain is gone. And no I don't do 2 miles of them....she was a superwoman!!!

    May I ask your age? Unless you are over 50 I call BS on your haughty attitude... it happens to the best of us... I am extremely lean, have lifted heavy since I was 15 and my Ass is saggy... skin is collagen and it sags over time... no one can control every aspect of aging with exercise sorry

    What training program are you running? Do you do 2x-3x a week leg training?

    I recovered from pancake ass syndrome (PAS) it can strike people of any age or gender. There is hope.
