I am a huge fan of Quest bars and I also like Promax Pro Series Triple Chocolate Crisp and that one became a favorite after
reading an excellent review on it by Brazilian Bad Boy AKA BBB who does great reviews but I gotta say these Choc Graham
Cracker Coconut Almond Protein bars beat them all when it comes to melt in your mouth texture and taste. Even out of the
refrigerator they are extremely soft and chewy with out sticking all over your teeth.

This will maybe put a smile on that cat now that I will post the recipe for these protein bars that have become a favorite for
everyone who has tasted them but I'm all out of CGC protein so they won't be tasting this exact flavor for a while but I'm
sure I'll come up with a new one that will be tasty and of course unique.
Ingredients- Dry- 1- 3 cups of rolled oats
2- 1 1/2 cups of SAN Titanium Chocolate Graham Cracker Whey Protein
3- 1/2 cup of chopped almonds
4- 1/2 tbs of ground cinnamon
5- 4 tbs of shredded unsweetened coconut
Wet- 1- 1/2 cup of unsweetened coconut milk
2- 2 tbs of agave nectar
3- 4 oz of unsweetened applesauce
4- 1 tbs of coconut liquid extract
5- 2 tbs of chunky unsalted almond butter
6- 1 bar of 72% dark cacao choc 1.65 oz (I use Trader Joe) cut up into very small pieces
In a large bowl mix all the dry ingredients then in a separate bowl mix all the wet ingredients and then put the chopped up choc on top
of the wet ingredients and place in the oven until the choc melts into a liquid and then remove from the oven and stir up all the wet
ingredients to incorporate the choc. Then pour the wet onto the dry ingredients and spoon mix everything until all the dry is completely
coated with the wet ingredients.
Then spoon the thick mixture onto a 8x6 Pyrex dish that has been lightly coated with nonstick spray. Using a spoon and dipping into cold
water flatten the mixture into the Pyrex dish until it is completely evenly distributed then cove and place in the refrigerator for at least
8 hrs to really firm up then remove and cut into bars. This mixture will yield anywhere from 7 to 10 bars depending on how thick you cut
them. The taste and texture of these extremely delicious bars will have you wanting to make a batch of these at least once a week.

HOLY CRAP you have outdone yourself. The protein bar tasted GREAT thank you for sharing a sample with me. Blown away by the taste and texture. Not dry like commercial protein bars.
I am definitely going to ATTEMPT to make these using different powders. Keyword here is attempt... don't think I have your cooking skills yet but I will get there! Lol

Vanilla Butterscotch Maple Banana Flax Seed Protein Pancakes
I know I've done a few different variations of protein pancakes in this thread but with this one I used a maple flavored oatmeal
which worked sooooooo well in this recipe and because it has a maple flavor these pancakes you can use a unsweetened maple
syrup because it won't ruin the flavor. I didn't add any syrup because the banana really added a good amount of moisture and the
toasted flax seeds really gave these pancakes a nice unique nutty flavor.

This is the recipe for these pancakes and the maple flavored oatmeal that I used is from Quaker and it comes in a zip lock bag
and it's called Perfect Portions and I purchased it at TARGET.
Ingredients- 1- 2 70cc scoops of Quaker maple flavored Oats
2- 1 70cc of rolled oats (any brand works )
3- 1 70cc scoop of SAN Titanium Whey Vanilla Butterscotch
4- 1 tsp of baking powder
5- 2 heaping tbs of toasted flax seeds (I use Trader Joe brand)
6- 2 egg whites and 1 whole egg
7- 1 banana cut up into small pieces
8- 1 tbs of butterscotch liquid extract
9- a little unsweetened almond milk but not too much because you don't want the pancakes to thin
Mix all the dry ingredients first then add the wet ingredients one at a time and then when all the ingredients are thoroughly
blended spoon batter onto a preheated nonstick pan that has been lightly coated with olive oil. Once one side is lightly brown
flip over carefully and let that side cook and once they are done plate them and enjoy.

This is what these muffins looked like when they were cut open and they are loaded with nuts, berries, and dark choc chips.
This was the last recipe for the Rocky Road protein because the container is empty but this is the recipe for these unique
flavored muffins that taste oh so good.
Ingredients- 1- 1 cup of Oat Powder(Muscle Feast is the brand that I use) or use oat flour or ground up oats
2- 2 70cc scoops of SAN Titanium Whey Rocky Road flavor
3- 1 tsp of baking powder
4- 3/4 cup of chopped mixed nuts (almonds, peanuts, pecans, walnuts)
5- 1 bar of 72% dark cacao chocolate 1.65 oz cut up into small pieces (I use Trader Joe)
6- 3 egg whites
7- 3 tbs of nonfat plain yogurt
8- 3 oz of unsweetened almond milk
9- 1 tbs of liquid vanilla extract
10- 1 cup of frozen mixed berries (raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, and cherries)
Mix all the dry ingredients first in a large mixing bowl then add the wet one ingredient at a time. Blend all
the ingredients thoroughly and then spoon into a mini muffin pan that holds 12 muffins and that has been
lightly coated with nonstick spray. Place pan in a preheated 330 degree oven for about 20-25 min or until
your testing toothpick comes out dry. When they are done let them cool off and then refrigerate them in
a zip lock bag and anytime you want a healthy treat just pull one or two of them out of the frig and ENJOY!!!!
This is another unique healthy recipe coming to you from the Superhuman kitchen.
