http://theicecreaminformant.freeforu...e-malt-caramel
Overall, if you are a lighter chocolate fan, that enjoys a true whopper this is a perfect definition of a Chocolate Malt flavored ice cream that has a great caramel blend into the mix. Think about a true milk chocolate, added malt, and again the caramel. That is exactly what this pint has to offer. Seeing I have never had a "Chocolate Malt" ice cream before this was something new and something I wanted to try compared to the Chocolate Cake Batter (which is a darker chocolate on the handel's line) and their basic chocolate flavor which resembles a hershey chocolate bar. I was very pleased with this, but if they did include some sort of mix-ins or a denser caramel swirl this would get a better grade.

I've had the SO Delicious stuff, also another type made from coconut milk instead of almond milk (tried them since I like coconut and almond milk so was curious), both not bad. Flavor is light in both, and the base is not nearly as dense as most ice creams, more icy too. If lactose intolerant than worth trying out but not really comparable to any premium ice creams.

How long after the "expiration" date do you think pint of B&J are good for?
Not just safe to eat, but with an uncompromised taste/texture as well. I ask because I've been completely unable to find WAC in my area and recently ran across some at a gas station, but with an expiration date of Feb '14.

^This. I've been burned so many time from buying pints from gas stations that I'll rarely do it unless it's something I can only find there like 2nd St. I wouldn't risk it since the price is probably ridiculous and since its past it's date and in a gas station, you have a high chance of getting a freezer burnt pint.

steve's strawberry ricotta. A. simple, but very good. as a kid, strawberry was always my favorite out of the three classic flavors and i feel like there aren't too many good strawberry flavors out right now, so this was nice.

http://theicecreaminformant.freeforu...-fudge-brownie
The Fudge brownies are rich, they are on the softer side, and remind yourself of a brownie diced up and thrown into the mix. The overall chewiness is a great factor, and full of flavor that compliments everything in the pint very well. This was a perfect mix-in for this pint if you are a chocolate lover! The only gripe I have is the size of the mix-ins, if they were larger in size like the truffles in SSC then this would be golden and maybe worthy of an A-. But for the very strong and powerful belgian milk chocolate base similar to an amplified Hershey bar, small chocolate swirl, and brownie pieces this is a killer offering from Talenti and I rank this in my top 3 behind Sea Salt Caramel and Chocolate Peanut Butter, then I would put Southern Butter Pecan at #4.
